Matachewan October 2020 Elections

Both premier and Sejm election recently occurred in Matachewan a well known micronation located in Ontario Canada. A total of 5 parties participated with one named Patriotic Front dropping out. The elections was from October 2 - October 3. There were a total of 12 seats. Three main parties got most of the seats with another party only taking one seat. This graph shows the results:

This is how the 12 seats were distributed according to the percentage each party got:

Solidarity Party - 3 Seats

Conservative League of Matachewan - 4 seats

Labour Party - 4 seats

United Northern Liberal Party - 1 seats


This was only the second Premier election since the merge of the dual premier system in the Smith administration. The following candidates participated: - Isaiah Burdette - Conservative League - Robert Smith - Labour Party

- Xavier Jackson - Solidarity Party

- Based Baddie - Independent Xavier Jackson won on a landslide defeating Isaiah Burdette, Robert Smith, and Based Baddie. With more then 50% of the vote.
